The following recipes are based on Tiger Spice and will vary for other flavors.

David Rio Hot Chai Latte:
Combine milk (or milk alternative) and chai in steaming pitcher. Using the steam wand, mix, froth and serve. If not using a steam wand, simply mix chai with hot milk or hot water in a cup, stir and serve.

Serving Size	12 oz	16 oz	20 oz
Chai	3.5 Tbsp	5 Tbsp	6 Tbsp
Milk	10 oz	14 oz	17 oz

David Rio Iced Chai Latte:
Combine milk (or milk alternative) and chai in steaming pitcher. Using the steam wand, mix, pour over ice (much of the ice will melt), stir and serve. If not using a steam wand, simply mix chai with hot milk or water in a cup, pour over ice, stir and serve.

Serving Size	12 oz fill with ice	16 oz filled with ice	20 oz filled with ice

Milk	6 oz	9 oz	12 oz

David Rio Chai Frappe:
In a blender, combine in the following order: milk, chai and ice. Blend until smooth. Also try blending in flavored syrups or chocolate.
