Immediately after roasting, our coffee is packaged into 5lb bulk nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen, that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee. Coffee Masters also utilizes "vent tape" technology which allows the coffee to de-gas, but prevents exposure to oxygen.

Our flavored coffees have set the standard for the industry by using only the finest oil based extracts and ingredients. We start with our freshly roasted South American beans, then pour in the flavoring extracts and hand mix to make sure each bean is fully coated to give you a delicious cup with great aroma and outstanding smooth taste.

We proudly roast all of our coffee on the Loring Smart Roaster S35 Kestrel, the most environmentally-friendly commercial roaster available, reducing our energy use and emissions by over 80% compared to a standard roaster. The convection roasting process protects the natural bean flavors by allowing very little oxygen into the roast chamber and letting the clean, natural taste of the coffee shine through.

For freshness sake, we always encourage customers to order whole bean coffee. But if you do not have a grinder, don't worry, Coffee Masters can grind the coffee for you. Please use our guide and let us know what type of grind you need in the comments section of your order, otherwise it will be an all-purpose grind.
