Balinese Blue Moon coffee is a rare and unique Arabica specialty coffee produced by smallholding farmers in the fertile volcanic highland area at the heart of the colorful paradise island of Bali.
Immediately after roasting, our coffee is packaged into 5 lb bulk nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen, that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee. Coffee Masters also utilizes "vent tape" technology which allows the coffee to de-gas, but prevents exposure to oxygen.
