Immediately after roasting, our coffee is packaged into 5 lb bulk nitrogen-flushed bags. This process forces nitrogen into the package, replacing the oxygen, that would otherwise quickly age the coffee. The nitrogen preserves the wonderful flavor characteristics of fresh-roasted coffee. Coffee Masters also utilizes "vent tape" technology which allows the coffee to de-gas, but prevents exposure to oxygen.
This coffee is dusted with real cinnamon powder which can cause build up in the grinder and change nutritional information. We recommend using a grinder cleaner after each use.
